To become a member of the association you need to download a membership application form from our administration website, fill it out and have it signed by a member of the board. To access the administration website you must have already received an e-mail with your login data. If this is not the case, please check your spam folder and send an e-mail to “network@hilton.rwth-aachen.de”. In order for your membership application to be signed by a member of the board, it must be checked against your identity card and rental contract! This works especially well for the monthly new move-in bar, but alternatively you can also check if a board member is in the house at another time, for this purpose a list of board members with room numbers is posted in the lobby.

Once you have submitted your membership application to a board member and he or she has entered your membership in the system, you can log in again to the administration website and there you can see all the dormitory internal information about payment, social services, etc. and register for the New Enrollee Bar.

The payment system works like a prepaid system, in which you transfer the amount due or more to the association, which is then linked to your username and from which the appropriate amount is deducted each month. This means that you can also transfer money in advance for several months, as this will be noted on a kind of personal “house account”. This means that your “house account” must always be covered, because this is not a direct debit system where the money is collected from your private account. The fees listed above must be paid into the club’s account by the first of each month so that the internet access is not blocked. For the first month there is a grace period of ten days after joining the club. After that, unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
